Our compression socks are made from a carefully selected blend of bamboo, nylon and spandex, chosen to balance softness, breathability, stretch and support.
Bamboo: gives the socks a soft, breathable feel against the skin for comfortable everyday wear
Nylon: adds strength and structure to help the socks hold their shape
Spandex: provides the stretch and recovery needed for a snug, supportive fit
Fabric Notes
Because bamboo is a softer fibre, some light pilling may occur over time. This is completely normal and does not affect the compression or performance of the socks.
We chose this fabric blend for its comfort and performance, without relying on harsher anti-pilling finishes.
Yes, in fact, they’re often recommended. Our socks are designed with pregnancy-safe graduated compression (15–20 mmHg), which is ideal for relieving swelling and improving circulation without being too tight.
Our compression socks are made with grade 1 compression meaning you can wear them for longer periods of time (cease use if you feel discomfort). We recommend putting them on 30-minutes before you get into bed to help with the swelling before you get into bed and then sleep with them overnight OR if you don’t want to wear them to bed, take them off as you're about to go to sleep.
Any time you begin to notice swelling or heaviness in your legs. Many women start wearing them in the second trimester, but they’re beneficial at any stage. You can even wear them postpartum!
You’re covered by our 30-Night Sleeping Mums Guarantee. If you’re not sleeping better or feeling the difference, just send them back within 30-nights for a full refund, no questions asked.
