As a first time expecting Mum I found this guide SO helpful, its jammed with information and I'll be referring back to it all the time once our little boy arrives! I especially love the quick guide print outs! Thanks for creating such a helpful resource!!
As a first time mum, I found it very overwhelming on what information to read and what techniques to try with my newborns sleep. The Sleepy Belly newborn sleep guide is the perfect information pack on how to navigate through the tough periods. I found the print outs of wake windows super helpful as this was one thing I wasn't following well and since following them, my babies sleep has improved a lot!
Reading this was so easy. Layout of information was clear and organised. Information itself was simple to understand and follow.
My experience with this product was extremely positive. I have been looking to learn as much as possible as a FTM and this guide has so much easy to follow and understand information. It was interesting to read and so many elements that I didn’t even think to think of. I would recommend this guide to other parents that want to learn in both a visual and written way, the illustrations and charts make visualising methods so much easier.
Most baby books and things on sleep are very dense, and can be quite overwhelming. This guide is more streamlined and engaging- but still very informative- so is much easier to digest. I think when bub arrives this is what I'll be using to quickly find the help I need.
Loved the e-book it was so insightful and is something I will read throughout my pregnancy. It’s given me confidence in understanding and navigating this next step in and understanding things to look out for.
